Blurred Maps
I think it is justified to for them to blur images because the goverment may have a secret thingie going on inside the buildings. With the stables i think they might do something to the horses and dont wont people to see their way they treat their horses. At the power plant they probably have a science experiment that may deal with electricity going on inside the plant and dont want people to see what they`re doing. The royal family at the palace may just want some privacy from prying eyes also just like the plant. This is the reason I think that this ``blurring`` of images is justified.
